Local Gin Distillery
Dulwich, a village in the heart of the city, is named for the wild dill meadows that used to grow here. Wild dill flowers can still be seen in the many parks and green spaces of the village. Inspired by this history we’ve created a classic London Dry Gin with a contemporary twist: alongside more traditional botanicals we use dill to give our gin soft floral and lemony citrus notes with juniper and a hint of aniseed to follow. We’re very smooth (particularly for a 43% spirit), and have a rounded mouth feel and a long lasting finish.
